  1. By using Kin Flow / familytreelabs.com you agree to these Terms and the Privacy and Cookie policies.
  2. Kin Flow is a free visual family-tree canvas. No paid tiers today; if we add them later, we will update these Terms.
  3. Optional Google account; keep access secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  4. You own content you enter; you must have rights to data about other people you add. We do not sell your family data or merge it into a public genealogy database. Local canvas data stays on your device unless you use features that sync or store data server-side.
  5. No unlawful content, abuse, scraping that harms the Service, or attempts to break security.
  6. Service provided “as is.” Hosting: Vercel (and processors named in Privacy).
