Data we process

Usage Data; Trackers; session/user stats where enabled.

Processors: Vercel (hosting / edge); Amazon S3 (file/backend storage, per existing Iubenda policy 53071727); Google OAuth (sign-in); Google Analytics 4 — listed for when re-enabled; currently off in production until Iubenda Cookie Solution is live and consent is given.

Purposes

Run the Service; auth; hosting; security; legal obligations; analytics only after consent when GA4 is on.

Legal bases (EU/EEA)

Consent; contract; legal obligation; legitimate interests. Contact the Owner for the basis that applies to a specific processing.

Where

Processed at the Owner’s operating places and at processors’ locations (including the United States for Google LLC and Amazon Web Services, Inc.; hosting on Vercel).

Retention

As long as needed for the purpose, then delete or anonymize unless law requires longer.
